Optometrist

Dr. Allen Wong was born and raised in Sacramento, CA. He attended the University of California Davis and received his B.S. in Biological Sciences. Afterward, Dr. Wong completed his Doctorate in Optometry at The New England College of Optometry in Boston in 2008.

Since graduation, Dr. Wong moved to Las Vegas and opened his own corporate optometry office in North Las Vegas and Centennial Hills. After 8 years of building those offices, he decided to open his own private practice in the Southwest to service the eye care needs of that community. Dr. Wong has been married since October 2016 and enjoys outdoor activities and spending time with his wife and dog.

Optometrist

Dr. Lisa Duong was born and raised in Toronto, Canada. She has recently moved to Las Vegas with her husband. She received her Doctor of Optometry degree from the Southern California College of Optometry at Marshall B. Ketchum University in 2019. She speaks English and Vietnamese and enjoys crafts and cooking. Dr. Duong loves getting to know the local restaurants and the many other benefits living in Las Vegas has to offer.

Office Manager

She has been with us since 2012 and is one of the most caring and compassionate members of our team. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends on her days off.

Optical Manager

Born and raised in Imperial Valley, California, Janett has been in the optical industry for 19+ years, more than 7 years at All Things Eyes. She is in love with this profession and her ability shows it. Janett is married and the mother of 3 boys. When working with our Optical, Janett is usually the first person to lead you through the details of styling and fitting.

Michelle started with our practice in January 2018. She was originally a patient of Dr. Wong and he was impressed by her attitude and professionalism. Her contributions to the practice and to patient care have been invaluable.

During work hours, Marie is professional and efficient at her duties. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, playing video games, binge-watching shows, and hanging out with family and friends.

Emily is one of the first faces you will see when you enter our office. Her positive attitude and welcoming demeanor are assets to our practice and team. She enjoys spending time with her family, especially her young nephew.

Born and raised in Las Vegas, Kaleb is a true artist at heart, with a deep appreciation for the power of visual storytelling. They are constantly exploring new mediums and techniques, and are always seeking out new sources of inspiration to fuel their creativity. Kaleb also enjoys working closely with clients and colleagues to bring their visions to life and exceed expectations.

Carolina has shown herself to be a caring person and takes patient care to a whole new level. Her ability to be sensitive to a patient's needs is something that can not be learned. Outside of work, she enjoys outdoor activities, especially pickle ball and badminton. One of her most important ways to relax is to snuggle her cat.

​​​​​​​Powered by iced coffee and sushi, Melanie handles the front and technician duties with her colleagues. Outside of work, her hobbies include spending quality time with family and friends, as well as hiking.
